About Kristy

Hi, I’m¬†Kristy Marcotte. ūüôā

Though the wounds were deep and the mistakes were many; I’m living proof of God‚Äôs awesome transforming ¬†power! ¬†Now I’m on a mission to help you believe that God is able to transform the hurts from your past into hope for your¬†future!

Here’s my story…

Though I¬†had accepted Christ as a child, I¬†stubbornly chose to do things ‚Äúmy way‚ÄĚ.¬†Consequently, I¬†dropped out of high school and by age twenty was facing an unplanned pregnancy.

God’s amazing power to turn mistakes into miracles became real when I discovered that I¬†was expecting TWINS! Not to mention His strange sense of humor.

A few months after the twin’s first birthday their father and I were married but the rocky beginnings, coupled with doubts and resentments, beganKristy-Marcotte-with-husband-2017 to kill the love we once shared. After our second separation; we realized that if we were serious about staying married, we needed to be serious about getting real help.

After several years of marriage counseling and completing a recovery program at our church, we began the journey towards healing from the hurts, habits, and hang ups of our past. We gained a deeper trust in Christ and new tools to strengthen our marriage.

Today, my¬†husband and I live in Southern California and have been married for 23 years. Besides being a wife and mom of three daughters; I¬†lead a support group for wives at Saddleback Church where we’ve¬†been members since 1992.

My personal life mission statement:

My life mission is to worship Christ with my life by

striving to be an obedient student of His word,

a faithful wife to my husband, a loving mom to my three girls,

and best friend to everyone He brings into my life;

and utilize writing and teaching to

motivate other women to do the same!

Feel free to contact me anytime to find out more about my ministry, starting a support group for wives at your church,  or my speaking availability.
